This Privacy Policy governs our data practices in connection with your use of the Ultimate Toolkit mobile application. This Privacy Policy is written in compliance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679).

The Ultimate Toolkit (hereinafter: “App” or “Apps”) is developed by winteq solution, a company incorporated in Malaysia with its principal place of business at selangor Malaysia (hereinafter: “Ultimate Toolkit”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

We develop and distribute mobile applications for various platforms and devices (Apple/iOS, Google/Android, etc.). Our Apps may be available in both free and paid versions. The free versions operate primarily on an advertising-supported model, while the paid versions generally do not contain advertising.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your data as described below.

4. Business Transfers

We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 16. If you believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.


6. Security

We use reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.


7. Data Retention

• User-provided data is retained as long as you use the App and for a reasonable period afterward.

• Automatically collected data is retained for up to 12 months, then may be stored in aggregate.

• You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, but note that some data is necessary for the App to function.


8. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of the App require payment via in-app purchases or subscriptions (managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

• Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• Refunds must be requested through Apple or Google, as we cannot process them directly.

9. Changes
